You might have heard the phrase “We might have to improvise” at least once in your life. But what does it mean to “improvise” and what has that got to do with theatre? 

In this little workshop, we want to show you how improvisation can become art. How, through quick thinking and responding to your peers, we can create engaging, emotional, and even funny situations. This workshop doesn’t only explore the basics of how theatre works, but also gives you a chance to include useful theatre-techniques in your daily life. 

Improbox is a workshop for beginners and experienced amateurs alike. It will consist of independent exercises and games, or rather boxes, in which we can practice or hone our improv skills. So if you’re up for an evening of entertaining and carefree theatre then you’re exactly right here!
