The Society

Our aim is to foster English amateur theatre in all its manifestations, from writing plays to improvisation workshops to final productions and everything in between. Members of the society will be able to come up with ideas for productions or drama activities and all members will themselves become, thereby, The Caretakers, and vice versa.

Would you like to become a member of the Caretakers? Register in our members’ section. (Membership fee: Fr. 30.–/year; currently, the fee has even been suspended…)

The Caretakers is an English-speaking, non-profitmaking association (“Verein”, subject to articles 60 ff. of the Swiss Civil Code), founded on 21 October 2010 in Bern.
